Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: It depends on your order. The fastest your order can arrive is 3 days. Handmade items, expensive items or large orders normally take 2-4 weeks. If you have questions about shipping times of a specific product, please contact us.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: We will send you an automated email with the tracking number. Click the tracking number in the email and it will take you to the appropriate website to track your order. If you have not received your tracking information, it is possible that it went to your spam folder. Contact us and we will resend you the tracking information.

Q: I don't want my order anymore. How do I cancel it?
A: Send us an email telling us you want to cancel your order along with the order number. If your package has not been sent out, the order can be cancelled immediately and we will issue you a full refund. If your package has already been shipped out, you will need to return it to us before we issue you a refund.

Q: How can I return my order?
A: Contact us and we will send you a shipping label as well as instructions on how to go about returning your order. Please keep in mind that your order must be returned within 30 days of arrival.

Q: My ring doesn't fit. Can I exchange it for another size?
A: Yes, you can. Email us and we will follow the return process above. Once we receive your ring, we will send you a new ring at the size you request. We can only exchange your ring for a new size one time. If you would like to exchange it a second time, you will need to purchase a new ring.

Q: My order arrived damaged/defected. What should I do?
A: Take two clear pictures of the damage or defect and send them to us via email at info@grandesilver.com. We will provide you with further information on receiving a refund or replacement.
